Hello my wonderful students! This blog is for you and for your parents. On this blog you will find the weekly homework posted each Saturday. Each day I will post what we did in class and I will also post what I want you to study at home.

I know English is a hard language! But I also know that you can be a successful student if you keep on working hard in class and at home! I am here to help you, and I want to help you in any way I can. If you do a good job as a student, I am sure that you will have a wonderful time learning this language!

This blog is also for parents! I am starting this blog so that what we cover in class is much clearer and if you have any questions at all you can contact me directly. With your love and encouragement, students will be successful learners :)

HOMEWORK : FEBRUARY 8TH - FEBRUARY 13TH

HOMEWORK for MONDAY FEBRUARY 8TH: 
LESSON 5 (page 49, Pupil’s book) EXERCISE 3.  Please do this in  your activity notebook. 


**QUIZ IN CLASS : write 5 words that start with "P" and 5 words that start with "B"

**We will also work together on Lesson 5 in class**


HOMEWORK for TUESDAY FEBRUARY 9TH: 
complete worksheet on "long a" sound words, and "short a" sound words
** In class, we will be reviewing vowel sounds.  Many students have extreme difficulty spelling. 

HOMEWORK for WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 10TH: 
Complete worksheet on "shore e" sound words, and "long e" sound words.  Study today's worksheet and yesterday's worksheet
*** In class ,they will get a worksheet with words of the different sounds.  We will keep on practicing hearing the sound, spelling and saying it correctly**
***STUDY yesterday's worksheet and tonight's worksheet for dictation***

HOMEWORK for THURSDAY FEBRUARY 11TH: 
STUDY FOR TODAY'S DICTATION IN CLASS!!! I will choose 5 words with "a" sounds and 5 words with "e" sounds.  You must spell them correctly. 

HOMEWORK for SATURDAY FEBRUARY 13TH: no homework
In class I will give UNIT 9 Review Sheet.  Please finish this worksheet at home after class!
